Founder / CEO ARCpoint Franchise Group
Mr. Mirando is the founder and CEO of ARCpoint Labs Franchise Group, a Franchisor of ARCpoint Labs and founder and CEO of ARCpoint Occupational Solutions a Third Party Administrator. In addition, he is Co-Founder of ARCpoint Diagnostics, a Medication Monitoring toxicology company. Mr. Mirando has helped launch a number of businesses, including Occupational Drug Screening, a drug, alcohol and clinical wellness clinic, Fitness Solutions, Inc., a fitness equipment company, Coastal Carolina Beverage, a distribution company and Blakely Enterprises, Inc., a franchisee of Heavenly Ham stores.
Christopher E. Williams
ARCpoint Occupational Solutions
Chris Williams, C-SAPA – Is Arcpoint Occupational Solutions President. He joined the ARCPoint in September of 2011 where he served as Vice President of Operations. His areas of concentration are business development, technology integrations, and strategic partnerships. Mr. Williams has 19 years’ experience working in the occupational screening and toxicology industries. He is recognized as an industry leader in program development, management, and regulatory compliance.
Mr. Williams serves on the Regulatory Committee for the Drug and Alcohol Testing Industry Association (DATIA) and has held his Certified Substance Abuse Program Administrator (C-SAPA) designation for sixteen years. Mr. Williams authors submissions for several industry publications identifying best practice approaches related to the toxicology industry.
He began his career 19 years ago working for WorkSafe, Inc., an industry third-party administrator (TPA) based out of Anchorage, Alaska. His tenure included working as a Medical Review Officer (MRO) Assistant, Random Program Manager, auditor, and client consultant. In 2003, Mr. Williams obtained the position of Director for Beacon OHSS, Inc., another industry TPA. He served in that role for over eight years before joining ARCpoint.
Mr. Williams has a Bachelor of Science in Justice obtained from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (1997) and an Associate of Applied Science in Occupational Safety and Health obtained from the University of Alaska-Anchorage (2003). Mr. Williams can be reached by telephone at (888) 663-1881.

Mr. Sanders’ brings 30 years of experience in public accounting and executive roles. He has held positions of increasing responsibility and impact, serving as CFO, COO, and CEO. Mr. Sanders has global M&A/business restructuring experience with Deloitte and private industry. Global accomplishments in IPO’s, start-ups, business turnarounds, supply chain and portfolio management include work with RJR Nabisco, Houdaille Industries, IDEX, KKR, Springs Industries, Odyssey Investment Partners, JPS, AEON Co. Ltd, Revman Industries-Tommy Hilfiger/Laura Ashley, and other international companies.

Brian is a seasoned executive leader who has held senior management positions at three of the industry’s largest screening firms during his distinguished 26-year career and recently helped launch a startup organization into a top 10 provider in less than 5 years. An aggressive, hands-on approach to strategic, cross-market business growth is largely due to vast experience working with key Fortune 1000 organizations, and an intense knowledge of high-volume screening markets including healthcare, transportation, retail, and staffing as well as intense focus on U.S, Middle Markets .
Brian is a true professional sales leader with proven market experience and phenomenal selling process knowledge that perfectly aligns with our fast-growing organization. He brings to AOS a highly sought-after skill set which spans the entire sales lifecycle to include product innovation and development, implementation of first-to-market sales strategies, successful deployment of solution-based sales processes and industry leading channel marketing strategies.
Brian Majored in Business Administration at Ottawa University in Ottawa Kansas while on a basketball scholarship. He is married with two children.
NATIONAL CLIENT SERVICE MANAGER: WESTERN REGION Courtney Parrett is ARCPoint Occupational Services Western Region National Client Services Manager. Mrs. Parrett comes with an extensive background in clinical services and Occupational health testing of over 10 years. A US Army Veteran she has provided analytical and training support to several top companies and staff members. Her background in data management, understanding in OSHA regulation and testing policies makes her a valuable asset to the AOS team. Mrs. Parrett enjoys working with clients providing detailed outlines of occupational health services to help ensure they receive the best care. Safety is a priority in the workplace and ensuring each client is taken care of and made a priority is important to her. Mrs. Parrett has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a minor in Business. NATIONAL CLIENT SERVICE MANAGER: Cassandra has 10 years’ experience in Occupational Health, is a certified drug and alcohol collector, and has worked in the medical field since 2004.
Her past accomplishments and skills had her responsible for entire pre-employment testing program, conducting all new hire drug and alcohol education, review results as an MRO assistant, make substance abuse referrals, manage a random pool of around 2600 safety sensitive FAA employees, scheduled random testing with collectors, managed recurrent training requirements and record retention requirements, review PRIA packets for completion before sending to a TPA for completion, and locate sites for physical exams or return to duty.
Her skills in drug management and healthcare Cassandra is a valuable asset to AOS. Cassandra has worked in physician offices, hospitals, patient service centers, and airports. As a DER for a major airline Cassandra understands what it takes to have a successful drug and alcohol program.
NATIONAL CLIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE: EAST COAST Asheley Lawson is ARCPoint Occupational Services East Coast Region National Client Services Representative. Mrs. Lawson’s background includes 10 years of clinical services in medical and occupational testing in the Oil and Gas industry. As a Medical Assistant, Asheley also holds certifications as an EMT as well as NIOSH-approved pulmonary function testing and is a Certified Occupational Hearing Conservationist. Mrs. Lawson also holds certification as a SAPPA Drug Collector and certified for Alcohol Testing collections. Asheley has extensive experience in performing hands on occupational testing to include Respirator Fit Testing, Audiometric and Pulmonary Function testing according to OSHA standards. Her vast knowledge in occupational health testing makes her a valued addition to the AOS team. Mrs. Lawson is excited to bring her array of knowledge to help serve clients in the Occupational Testing market. In her off time Asheley is a cake decorator and enjoys spending time with her family. NATIONAL CLIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE: MIDWEST/CENTRAL REGION Laura Kerr is ARCPoint Occupational Services Midwest/Centeral Region National Client Services Manager. She comes with an extensive background in clinical services, administrative services, and occupational health testing of over 20 years. Her background in data management, logistics, recruiting, and testing policies makes her a valuable asset to the AOS team. Mrs. Kerr excels details. Her priority is ensuring each client of AOS receives excellent customer service in receiving and managing their occupational health and drug testing results. She works one on one with both clients and our network sites to provide the best occupational service. Mrs. Kerr has worked large oil and gas industries and clinical settings. Her knowledge of OSHA testing requirements and record management ensure clients records and testing requirements are met above industry standard. NATIONAL COMPLIANCE MANAGER: EASTERN REGION – BILINGUAL Born in New York City to Central American parents. Jasmine has eight (8) years of experience in diverse civil and federal law. Jasmine plays a vital role in developing and reviewing contracts, and handling any and all compliance matters for all companies. She also manages our clients random pools, consortiums, Pre-Employment /Post-Accident /Random Reasonable Suspicion DOT regulations covering commercial drivers, ensure organizational data is kept accurate and current in the TPA database, and that 3rd party collection facilities lists are kept current at all times within the geographic areas for ARCpoint Occupational Solutions. ACCOUNTING MANAGER Chanda McAbee has sixteen years of clinical experience in a laboratory setting and for ten of those years she has done the accounting for the local lab and the franchise office. She holds a phlebotomy certificate from Greenville Technical College and an Associate in accounting degree from Virginia College. She has been with the ARCpoint Labs system for thirteen years. She has extensive knowledge in employer drug screening, clinical services, OSHA regulations, HIPPA rules, and accounting management.
